Services Provided

Bethesda Cleaning coordinates residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Standard cleaning

• Deep cleaning

• Move-out cleaning

• Commercial cleaning

• Medical and dental office cleaning

• Window cleaning and power washing

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and approval.

Independent Contractor Relationship

Bethesda Cleaning may engage independent contractors to perform services.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Service providers may be independent contractors

• Bethesda Cleaning coordinates and facilitates services but does not guarantee specific personnel

• Contractor availability may vary

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are:

• Based on information provided by the customer

• Subject to change upon inspection or service conditions

• Not guaranteed until confirmed

Additional charges may apply if:

• The condition of the space differs from what was described

• Additional services are requested

• More time or labor is required than initially estimated

Scheduling and Access

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate scheduling information

• Ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time

If access is not available:

• The appointment may be canceled or rescheduled

• A fee may apply

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or changes.

Bethesda Cleaning reserves the right to:

• Charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee

• Decline repeated last-minute changes

Payment Terms

Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to:

• Require payment before or after service

• Refuse service for non-payment

• Charge applicable fees for late or failed payments

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide a safe and accessible work environment

• Secure pets and valuables

• Disclose any hazards or special conditions

Bethesda Cleaning is not responsible for issues arising from:

• Unsafe environments

• Undisclosed hazards

• Pre-existing damage

Limitations of Service

We do not guarantee:

• Removal of all stains, buildup, or damage

• Results beyond reasonable cleaning standards

Some conditions may be permanent or require specialized services outside the scope of standard cleaning.

Damage and Claims

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Normal wear and tear

• Items not properly secured

Liability, if applicable, is limited to:

• The amount paid for the service in question

Satisfaction

We aim to provide high-quality service. If there is an issue, contact us promptly and we will review the situation.

Corrective action, if any, is at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or discontinue service at any time

• Decline jobs based on safety, condition, or other concerns
